Frequently Asked Questions
There are a number of ways you can clean your ChillMate products.
1. Wash in warm soapy water with a mild detergent and rinse off with hot/warm water making sure all detergent has been removed.
2. Soaking in hot water and baking soda for about 1hr.
3. Lemon juice and salt mixture will help getting rid of some stubborn stains on stainless steel products. Simply rub the mixture on the stainless steel surface, let it sit for 15min then scrub with a soft scrubber or an Aluminum Scrubber if needed.

Some parts are only formed and assembled in China while we buy raw materials from all over the world to give you the best quality.
